Damjaengi is an animation studio in Incheon, Korea. We're building Gennie, an AI production agent that turns a director's words into video. It generates from text, images or character references, keeps characters consistent from shot to shot, and delivers each shot in layers so an artist can still adjust any part by hand.
담쟁이는 인천의 애니메이션 스튜디오입니다. 감독의 말을 영상으로 옮기는 AI 제작 에이전트, Gennie를 만들고 있습니다. 텍스트, 이미지, 캐릭터 레퍼런스로 영상을 만들고, 컷이 바뀌어도 캐릭터를 일관되게 유지합니다. 결과는 레이어로 나뉘어 나오기 때문에 작가가 원하는 부분을 직접 손볼 수도 있습니다.
How Gennie worksGennie가 일하는 방식
- Request요청 A director describes the shot in words and adds reference images if needed. 감독이 원하는 장면을 말로 설명하고, 필요하면 레퍼런스 이미지를 붙입니다.
- Plan연출 계획 Gennie works out the storyboard, layout, character blocking and keyframes. Gennie가 스토리보드, 레이아웃, 인물 배치, 키프레임을 짭니다.
- Generate영상 생성 For each shot, Gennie picks the engine and the mode: text-to-video, image-to-video, or reference-to-video to hold a character's look, on models such as MiniMax H3, LTX and Wan. 장면마다 알맞은 엔진과 방식을 고릅니다. 텍스트나 이미지로 만드는 T2V·I2V, 캐릭터 모습을 지키는 R2V를 MiniMax H3, LTX, Wan 같은 모델로 돌립니다.
- Check검수 Gennie inspects the frames with a vision model and reworks what's off. 비전 모델로 프레임을 직접 확인하고, 어긋난 곳을 고쳐 다시 만듭니다.
- Deliver in layers레이어로 전달 The shot comes back as video plus separate layers for characters, background and dialogue, so an artist can touch up any part by hand. 완성 영상과 함께 캐릭터, 배경, 대사를 레이어로 나눠 전달해, 작가가 필요한 부분만 손볼 수 있습니다.
Where it runs작업 환경
Gennie runs on machines we own. An NVIDIA DGX Spark plans and directs the work, and an RTX 5090 workstation renders it with locally installed models such as MiniMax H3, LTX and Wan.
Gennie는 스튜디오가 가진 장비에서 돌아갑니다. NVIDIA DGX Spark가 작업을 계획하고 지휘하며, RTX 5090 워크스테이션이 MiniMax H3, LTX, Wan 같은 로컬 모델로 렌더링합니다.
Where we are지금 단계
Gennie already makes video with text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video. We're now running production tests on short scenes, covering layout, keyframes, dialogue and layered video.
Gennie는 이미 T2V, I2V, R2V로 영상을 만들고 있습니다. 지금은 짧은 장면으로 레이아웃, 키프레임, 대사, 레이어별 영상까지 실제 제작 테스트를 하고 있습니다.
